When Nicole of Palm Beach Gems by Nicole reached out, she already had a clear vision for her brand and custom branding by Studio 1509 in hand. She said, "I know you only work with flower farmers, but your work is so beautiful, will you please take on my project?" How could I say no?

THE CHALLENGE

Fine jewelry asks a lot of a website. The photography has to carry weight. The details have to feel intentional. And a template can only take you so far when your pieces are one of a kind. Nicole's existing site had gotten her this far, but it wasn't built for where she was headed: a growing collection, custom commissions, and collectors who shop as much from her boutique in West Palm Beach as they do from their phones.

THE APPROACH

We rebuilt Palm Beach Gems from the ground up as a fully custom Shopify site, shaped around Studio 1509's branding and the way Nicole's clients actually shop. Collectors can save favorites to a wishlist and pick up right where they left off. Custom design clients can share inspiration photos directly through the inquiry form. Gemstone care and sizing guides answer questions before they're asked. And small touches, like the palm-inked animation when something lands in your bag, make the whole site feel unmistakably hers.
