Farmluxe Floral Retreats

Farmluxe was founded on a lovely idea: that women deserve retreats built around flowers, movement, and genuine connection. When founder Misha Gillingham was ready to grow beyond her WordPress site, she brought the vision to Jill & Co, and we set out to give it a home worthy of the experiences themselves.
THE CHALLENGE
Farmluxe hosts immersive floral and nature experiences for women in breathtaking destinations, and the brand had outgrown its platform. It needed a complete custom redesign: a gracious way to present a growing retreat calendar, a reservation process built on applications rather than a simple cart, a member community, and email that could nurture guests between gatherings, with every piece connected and cohesive.
THE PLAN
We reimagined the brand's online presence from the ground up and moved it from WordPress to Shopify, custom designing sections and layouts far beyond what any template offered. The retreat catalog gave each destination room for the photography to do the inviting, while the application path made reserving a place feel as considered as the retreats themselves. Behind the scenes, we set up the email foundation and coordinated the member community, booking systems, and branding, staying close through every handoff so the whole ecosystem worked as one. Every specialist came to the project through us, including Lani, who led the branding.

When we transferred the site, it felt like Farmluxe itself: graceful, colorful, luxurious, and quietly ambitious. It was built for the team to manage in-house, and that is exactly what happened. Today, Farmluxe manages the site entirely on their own, and the new pages and designs added since the transfer are their team's work, not ours. We love seeing a site keep growing in its owner's hands. It's what we design for.
