Petals by Preethy

When Preethy reached out, Petals by Preethy wasn't a website waiting for a refresh. It was a brand-new business waiting to exist online: a floral subscription service bringing locally sourced, garden-inspired arrangements to doorsteps across New Jersey. She needed a first website that could launch the whole dream at once.

THE CHALLENGE

Subscriptions ask more of a website than a simple shop does. Visitors meeting Petals by Preethy for the first time needed to understand how flower subscriptions work, choose between tiers, pick a weekly or monthly cadence, and trust a young brand enough to invite it into their homes again and again. All of it had to feel as warm and personal as the arrangements themselves.

THE APPROACH

Working with Ona's branding, we designed and built the Shopify site around the subscription experience from day one. Tiered offerings let customers find their fit, from everyday blooms to luxe arrangements, with recurring delivery and self-serve account management so subscribers can pause or adjust whenever life asks. Because a new business launches with a blank page, we also wrote alongside the build: the About story, the How It Works walkthrough, and product descriptions that make choosing feel delightful, plus email signup to keep the Petal Post growing from the very first visitor.
