Founder & Shopify Specialist
Jill is the founder and creative director behind Jill & Co. With a background in floral design, ecommerce, and entrepreneurship, she works with clients to create strategic Shopify websites and digital systems for seasonal businesses. Through a volunteer project with The Growing Kindness Project, she met her first flower farm website client. One project turned into another, and before long she realized she'd found both a new career and a new way to support the floral industry she loves. Today, she partners with flower farmers and floral creatives to help their businesses flourish online.

Ella manages Klaviyo email and SMS marketing at Jill & Co., helping flower farmers and floral creatives stay connected to their customers through thoughtful, well-timed campaigns. Raised on her family's flower farm, she understands the seasonal pace of a floral business firsthand, bringing that perspective to every business she works with.
